Japanese diversified real estate investment trust Nippon REIT Investment Corp. completed its ¥40.20 billion acquisition of 21 residential, office and retail properties in Japan.

The properties, located across Tokyo, Osaka and Nagoya, were acquired from various sellers, including Godo Kaisha Nicolas Capital 10, Godo Kaisha Nicolas Capital 11, Godo Kaisha NRT Growth 12 and Godo Kaisha NRT Growth 13.

As of July 2, US$1 was equivalent to ¥110.78.
