Russia-based Otkritie Financial Corp. Bank has completed its banking business integration with B&N Bank.
Both banks were bailed out by the Russian central bank in 2017 and completed their legal merger in January, but the product, client, branch, ATM and IT integration processes continued throughout 2019.
Integration with B&N Bank allowed Otkritie to strengthen its presence in Russia's Far East and widen the regional network, Otkritie said Dec. 17.
Otkritie will continue to further develop its regional network in 2020. It also plans to launch projects to increase the operational efficiency of the branch network and digitize banking services.
