Houlihan Lokey Inc. has hired Victor Barcot as a managing director in its oil and gas exploration and production group.

Barcot is based in Houston. He most recently worked as a managing director in Deutsche Bank's global oil and gas group. He has also spent time at HSBC and was the founding partner of Exxel Energy Group, an exploration and production company.
