Geoff Annals will retire as CEO of Accuro Health Insurance, effective Dec. 13.

Gavin Rutherford will be interim CEO as the company looks for Annals' successor.

Additionally, Pat Curry and Toni Ferrier stepped down from the board of Accuro Health Insurance. Erica Hodgson replaces Curry as a board member, and Marion Guy was reelected as deputy chair.
