Institutional investors took upthe majority of shares in the placement.
The proceeds will be used tocontinue the company's infill drilling program at the Far West project, part of the widerThalanga zincproperty in Queensland, with the program looking to convert the inferredresources to indicated resources at the Far West Upper zone.
Red River will also begin longlead-time work on the restart of the Thalanga mill.
