A-Cap Energy Ltd. said Dec. 20 that it entered into a joint venture agreement with Blackham Resources Ltd., firming up the previously announced farm-in agreement that can earn A-Cap a 75% interest in the nickel, cobalt and associated metals of Blackham's Wiluna project in Western Australia.

The joint venture will be called the Wilconi project.

A-Cap is planning a drilling campaign in early 2019 to bring existing inferred resources into the JORC-2012 standard and explore for more cobalt outside the currently defined zones.
