Continental Resources founder to step down as CEO; successor named

Continental Resources Inc. on Dec. 11 announced that Harold Hamm will be stepping down as CEO and will take up the role of executive chairman, effective Jan. 1, 2020.

William Berry was appointed as CEO, while the company's president Jack Stark will take on the additional role of COO.
