Globex Mining EnterprisesInc. said May 2 that it has acquired three lithium projects in Quebec,in exchange for undertaking the renewal of certain claims and reserving a 1% netsmelter royalty for the vendor.

The royalty can be repurchased by Globex at any time for C$200,000.

The Chubb, Bouvier and McNeely properties have recorded multiplelithium spodumene occurrences in surface showings, trenches and drill holes. Inall properties, the spodumene bearing pegmatite dykes are reported to have up to20% spodumene content.

Recently, Globex staked40 claims over a strike length of 10 kilometers in Nova Scotia.
