Consumer-focused investment firm L Catterton, through its Latin American fund, provided a significant investment to Argentina-based winery Bodega Luigi Bosca | Familia Arizu.

Luigi Bosca intends to use the capital for expansion in key international markets, including the U.S., U.K., Brazil and China. The company will continue to be led by the Arizu family.

The deal is subject to regulatory approvals and other closing conditions.
