Bertram Capital Management LLC has closed its third private equity fund, Bertram Growth Capital III LP and Bertram Growth Capital III-A LP, with $500 million of total capital commitments from limited partners.

The fund will focus on investing in companies generally with a minimum of $25 million in revenue and $5 million in EBITDA in the business services, consumer, and industrial and manufacturing sectors.

Kirkland & Ellis provided legal counsel in connection with the fund.
