ProPharma Group, Inc., a portfolio company of private equity firm Linden Capital Partners LP, acquired U.K.-based Southwood Research, which provides pre-approval regulatory science services to pharmaceutical and biotech companies.

ProPharma, a compliance services company, is now able to provide end-to-end services within its global regulatory practice with the acquisitions of Southwood Research and U.S.-based Weinberg Group, which joined ProPharma in January. The group serves clients from the U.S., Canada, Europe, Japan and Australia.
