Two Houlihan Lokey Inc. investment bankers focused on government services, aerospace and defense are leaving the company for Robert W. Baird & Co. Inc., Reuters reported, citing "three people familiar with the moves."

Based in Washington, D.C., managing directors John Song and Jean Stack and a third banker are leaving the Houlihan's government services department, according to the report.
