Kering vice chairman resigns; replacement named

Kering SA said Dec. 14 that Patricia Barbizet resigned as vice chairman of the company's board.

The announcement comes less than a month after Barbizet was appointed as a director of French alcoholic drinks maker Pernod Ricard SA.

Kering named Héloïse Temple-Boyer to replace Barbizet on its board.

Temple-Boyer is the deputy CEO of the Pinault family's investment vehicle, Artemis SA. Prior to joining Artemis in 2013 as an investment director, Temple-Boyer was project manager to the president and director of international purchasing at French retailer Casino Guichard-Perrachon SA.
