DDR prices $350M senior notes offering

DDR Corp. priced an underwritten public offering of $350 million worth of 3.900% senior unsecured notes due 2024.

The company is offering the notes at 99.703% with a yield to maturity of 3.949%. Interest on the notes will be paid semiannually every Feb. 15 and Aug. 15, commencing Feb. 15, 2018.

The company expects to close the offering by Aug. 16, and aims to use the net proceeds to redeem all $300 million aggregate principal amount of its 7.875% notes due 2020 and for general business purposes.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, U.S. Bancorp Investments Inc., and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC are the joint book-running managers.

KeyBanc Capital Markets Inc., Regions Securities LLC, Scotia Capital (USA) Inc., BNY Mellon Capital Markets LLC and Capital One Securities Inc. are acting as senior co-managers, while FTN Financial Securities Corp., The Huntington Investment Co., SMBC Nikko Securities America Inc. and The Williams Capital Group LP are serving as co-managers for the offering.
