Billerica, Mass.-based healthcare equipment manufacturer Bruker Corp. said Anthony Mattacchione resigned as its CFO.

Mattacchione, who is also a senior vice president of the company, will leave Bruker March 16. Starting April, he will become the CFO of Albany Molecular Research Inc., a contract development and manufacturing organization.

Bruker said it expects to appoint an interim CFO within weeks and will look for a successor for Mattacchione.
