BancoLatinoamericano de Comercio Exterior SA, or Bladex, issued 1.5billion Mexican pesos worth of "certificados bursátiles" in Mexico'scapital markets for the third time, the company said.
The notes have a tenor of three years with a floating-ratecoupon set 60 basis points above the 28-day TIIE.
Bladex said that funds raised will assist it in supportingtrade throughout the region, especially Mexican markets.
Casa de Bolsa BBVA Bancomer SA de CV and HSBC Casa de BolsaSA de CV served as arrangers on the issuance.
As of April 27, US$1was equivalent to 17.43 Mexican pesos.
