Emgold Mining acquires Nev. gold property

Emgold Mining Corp. said March 26 that it completed the acquisition of the Buckskin Rawhide West gold property in Nevada.

Under the agreement with Jeremy Wire, the PC and RH claims, which make up the property, are subject to a 2% net smelter returns royalty and can be purchased for US$1 million.

In August 2014, the company leased its Buckskin Rawhide East gold property to Rawhide Mining LLC, which can acquire the property by bringing it into commercial production.

Rawhide Mining owns and operates the nearby Rawhide gold-silver mine.
