PT Catur Sentosa Adiprana Tbk said its fourth-quarter normalized net income came to 5.68 rupiah per share, an increase from 5.42 rupiah per share in the prior-year period.

Normalized net income, which excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis, was 21.02 billion rupiah, a gain of 46.2% from 14.38 billion rupiah in the prior-year period.

The normalized profit margin rose to 1.0% from 0.7% in the year-earlier period.

Total revenue totaled 2.043 trillion rupiah, compared with 2.033 trillion rupiah in the prior-year period, and total operating expenses came to 1.975 trillion rupiah, compared with 1.980 trillion rupiah in the prior-year period.

Reported net income declined 33.5% on an annual basis to 27.45 billion rupiah, or 7.41 rupiah per share, from 41.26 billion rupiah, or 15.54 rupiah per share.

For the year, the company's normalized net income totaled 9.86 rupiah per share, compared with the S&P Capital IQ consensus normalized EPS estimate of 13.30 rupiah.

EPS declined 56.0% from 22.40 rupiah in the prior year.

Normalized net income was 28.61 billion rupiah, a decline of 55.3% from 64.06 billion rupiah in the prior year.

Full-year total revenue rose from the prior-year period to 7.285 trillion rupiah from 7.144 trillion rupiah, and total operating expenses increased on an annual basis to 7.132 trillion rupiah from 6.924 trillion rupiah.

The company said reported net income decreased 63.6% on an annual basis to 40.62 billion rupiah, or 14.00 rupiah per share, in the full year, from 111.55 billion rupiah, or 39.00 rupiah per share.
