Banco Inter SA said it will pay a total of about 6.5 million Brazilian reais in gross interest on capital July 6 to shareholders of record as of April 2.

The payment corresponds to about 9.14 centavos per common and preferred share, subject to a 15% withholding tax. The payment was approved by the bank's board in April.

As of July 2, US$1 was equivalent to 3.92 Brazilian reais.
