GATX Corp. made management changes, starting with Robert Lyons handing over his executive vice president and CFO role to Thomas Ellman.

The railcar leasing company said Lyons will assume Ellman's role as executive vice president and president of the company's Rail North America division.

Other changes include the appointments of Paul Titterton as senior vice president and COO for Rail North America, Michael Brooks as senior vice president of portfolio management, Amita Shetty as senior vice president of business development, and Robert Zmudka as senior vice president and chief commercial officer for Rail North America.

The changes were announced Aug. 10 and went into effect immediately.
