Stofan Agazzi Investments joined LPL Financial LLC's broker-dealer and corporate registered investment adviser platforms.

Joliet, Ill.-based Stofan Agazzi has served around $640 million in client brokerage and advisory assets.

The company, which is led by President Mark Stofan, also includes Carroll Klotz, Marie Knorr, Ronald Lambert, George Stofan, Irene Celander and Daniel Murphy.
