Hub International of California, a unit of insurance broker Hub International Ltd., has appointed Antonio Casabat a senior vice president for the employee benefits consultancy.

Casabat will focus on the design, placement and maintenance of healthcare programs and human resources for mid-market and large companies. He most recently served as a consultant and client advocate for CBIZ Benefits and Insurance Services Inc.
