The boardof Keene, N.H.-based CheshireHealth Federal Credit Union ($4.6 million as of March 31, 2016) hasapproved the credit union's merger into Portsmouth, N.H.-based ($2.78 billion asof Dec. 31, 2015), Seacoastonline.com reported May 2.

The mergeris subject to the approvals of Cheshire Health FCU's members, the NationalCredit Union Administration and the New Hampshire Banking Department, accordingto the report.
