Global Net Lease discloses $252M of Q4'19 acquisitions

Global Net Lease said it acquired 19 properties for approximately $252 million during the fourth quarter of 2019.

The assets span 3.5 million square feet and were purchased at a weighted average going-in capitalization rate of 6.50%, with a weighted average remaining lease term of 12.1 years.

The diversified real estate investment trust purchased nine medical office properties leased to Plasma in Texas, Illinois, Mississippi, Florida, Louisiana and North Carolina for about $34.5 million; six industrial properties leased to a Fortune 150 tenant in Ohio and Tennessee for about $153.5 million; two industrial properties leased to FedEx Corp. in Canada for about $7 million; a headquarters and research and development facility in Michigan leased to Faurecia for about $48.4 million; and an industrial property in New Hampshire leased to NSA for about $9 million.
