Diversified real estate developer DB Realty Ltd. appointed Asif Balwa to be CFO and key managerial personnel, effective Feb. 14.

Balwa replaces A. Anil Kumar, who resigned Nov. 15, 2017. Balwa is currently responsible for finance, accounting, audit, and banking matters pertaining to several entities of the group.

The company also appointed Devender Vasal as an independent director with a five-year tenure.
