MRV Engenharia e Participações SA issued 542.2 million Brazilian reais of nonconvertible debentures in July.

The offering marked the company's 12th issue of simple debentures.

The Brazilian homebuilder used 185.9 million reais of the proceeds to partially extend debt profile for maturities starting in 2020, with the remaining proceeds going toward general corporate purposes.

As of Aug. 9, US$1 was equivalent to 3.81 Brazilian reais.
