Jacksonville, Ill.-based Jacksonville Savings Bank promoted CFO Diana Tone and Chief Lending Officer Chris Royal to executive vice presidents.

Tone joined the bank in 2000 and was named CFO two years later. Royal has been with the bank since March 2007.

The bank is a subsidiary of Jacksonville Bancorp Inc.
