Gecina director Isabelle Courville is resigning from the company's board, effective at the company's April 18 annual general meeting.
The diversified real estate investment trust nominated Bernard Carayon and Gabrielle Gauthey as directors. They will stand for election at the meeting for four-year terms.
The board is also proposing that Carayon be appointed board chairman once elected as a director, replacing Bernard Michel, whose term of office has ended.
Gauthey is director of local development and investment and a member of the management committee of the French public institution Caisse des Dépôts Group.
