Mindy Ferguson is Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at S&P Dow Jones Indices (S&P DJI). She leads the global technology organization that supports the world’s leading resource for benchmarks and investable indices, including the S&P 500® and The Dow®. She also drives the technology innovation that will power the division's future. Her leadership and vision are integral to shaping the technological direction of S&P DJI, and she serves as a member of both the S&P DJI Operating Committee and the Technology Leadership Team.

Mindy’s journey with S&P DJI began in June 2026, as the Global Head of Core Technology, Platforms and Resiliency. Prior to joining S&P DJI, Mindy was the Vice President of Streaming, Messaging and Collaboration at Amazon Web Services, and before that, Managing Vice President of Software Engineering at Capital One.
