The iBoxx MSCI Scored & Screened Tilted USD Asia ex-Japan High Yield Capped TCA is designed to measure the transaction cost-adjusted performance of high yield, USD-denominated corporate bonds from issuers in the Asia ex-Japan region, with a minimum outstanding amount of USD 250 million. Securities must have a minimum initial time to maturity of 18 months at issuance and a remaining time to maturity of at least one year at rebalancing. The index applies a 3% issuer cap and 50% sector cap. The index requires minimum aggregate issuer notional of USD 400 million, and bonds must be clearable through Clearstream, Euroclear or Hong Kong CMU. The index excludes issuers subject to U.S. Executive Order 13959 sanctions and those from countries on EU or U.S. financial sanctions lists, unless sanctions apply only to specific individuals or government funds/transactions are unaffected by the sanctions
