iBoxx USD Corporates Investment Grade Spread Select Top 50% TCA
Description
The iBoxx USD Corporates Investment Grade Spread Select Top 50% TCA measures the transaction cost-adjusted performance of investment grade, USD-denominated debt issued by public or private corporations. Bonds must have a minimum amount outstanding of USD 500 million and a minimum time to maturity of 18 months at issuance and 12 months at rebalancing. Private placements, Brady bonds, restructured sovereign and sub-sovereign debt and bonds with RD/SD ratings are excluded from the index. The index selects the top 50% of constituents based on benchmark spread using maturity and sector bucket combinations.
