Description
The iBoxx USD Corporates Investment Grade Spread Select Top 50% 1-5 Year TCA Index measures the transaction cost-adjusted performance of higher spread, investment grade, USD-denominated corporate bonds with a maturity between one and five years. Bonds must have a minimum amount outstanding of EUR 500 million for EUR-issued bonds or EUR 1 billion for legacy bonds converted from pre-EUR currencies and must have a minimum time to maturity of 18 months at issuance and 12 months at rebalancing. The index selects the top 50% of constituents based on benchmark spread using maturity and sector bucket combinations, with issuer weights capped at 4.5%.
