Description
The iBoxx USD Corporates 1-20Y Yield Plus Index is designed to measure the performance of higher-yielding, USD-denominated corporate bonds that were investment grade rated at inclusion and maintain a minimum BB- rating thereafter. The index includes bonds with minimum issue amount of USD 500 million and minimum issuer amount of USD 1 billion. Securities must have a minimum initial time to maturity of two years at inclusion and a remaining time to maturity between 1.25 and 20 years at rebalancing. The index applies a 2% issuer cap, 20% caps on subordinated bonds, emerging market bonds and BB rated bonds, and a 50% sector cap.
