The iBoxx EUR Investment Grade & High Yield Non-Financials Subordinated (3% Issuer Cap) Index measures the performance of EUR-denominated subordinated bonds issued by non-financial corporations that are constituents of the iBoxx € Overall and iBoxx EUR High Yield Cum-Crossover. The index comprises both investment grade and high yield subordinated debt securities from Level 2 Non-Financial issuers across the corporate sector. The index applies a cap of 3% to any single issuer's weight, though this cap may be relaxed to 5% when the index contains 34 or fewer issuers.
