A subsector index within the S&P Kensho New Economy Index Series, the S&P Kensho Smart Grids Index intends to represent companies that are focused on producing the sophisticated technology and services required to introduce and manage a smart, connected, and adaptive infrastructure capable of managing our natural resources more effectively and supporting a broad array of emerging technologies.
