The TSX Venture Exchange approved Aphria Inc.'s investments in Copperstate Farms Investors LLC and its unit Copperstate Farms LLC.

Before receiving the final approval, the company increased its ownership in Copperstate Farms Investors to 10% by acquiring an additional 5% membership interest. It also maintained its 5% membership interest in Copperstate Farms LLC.
