The five biomass facilities included in the deal are the64-MW Columbuspower plant in Lowndes County, Miss.; the 43.75-MW Turbine Generator No.1 and the 28-MW Flint RiverTurbine Generator No. 2 in Macon County, Ga.; the 69.2-MW in ChathamCounty, Ga.; and the 38.1-MW NewBern power plant in Craven County, N.C.
