Fantasia Holdings subsidiary issues 1B-yuan bonds under 2.9B-yuan shelf

Fantasia Holdings Group Co. Ltd.'s Fantasia Group (China) Co. Ltd. subsidiary issued 1.00 billion yuan of 7.50% domestic corporate bonds in China with a term of three years under its 2.90 billion-yuan debt program.

The offering represents the first tranche of bonds issued under the one-year debt shelf that was approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission in November.

As of Dec. 18, US$1 was equivalent to 6.89 Chinese yuan.
