Terme Catez H1 profit climbs 18.1% YOY

Terme Catez d.d. said its normalized net income for the first half amounted to €5.37 per share, an increase of 17.6% from €4.57 per share in the prior-year period.

Normalized net income, which excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis, was €2.6 million, a gain of 18.1% from €2.2 million in the year-earlier period.

Total revenue decreased year over year to €15.9 million from €16.1 million, and total operating expenses fell 5.8% year over year to €10.7 million from €11.4 million.

Reported net income grew year over year to €1.4 million, or €2.93 per share, from €464,530, or 95 cents per share.
