InterGen appoints CFO

Paul Teague is assuming the CFO role at InterGen on Nov. 1.

Teague joined the independent power producer in late 2015 as finance director, according to an Oct. 4 news release. He replaces Gregory Pratt who left the company Aug. 31.

InterGen owns five power plants, representing a total generation capacity of 4,213 MW, in Australia and the U.K. The company is jointly owned by the Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan Board and China Huaneng Group/ Guangdong Yudean Group.
