Platts will use the following Worldscale flat rates per mt for its crude oil FOB Mediterranean and North West Europe spot assessments starting January 4, 2011.
Rates from Augusta to: Novorossiisk CPC terminal $8.35 with a discount of 5 cents/b for a Suezmax and 6 cents/b for an Aframax, Novorossiisk $8.35, Supsa $7.48, Batumi $8.81, Es Sider $4.07, Skikda $5.32, Ceyhan $6.89, Banias $5.85, Tartous $5.87, Sidi Kerir $4.92, Rotterdam to Primorsk $7.50.
Rotterdam to Baltics ports (basket of Butinge $6.58, Ventspils $6.91 and Tallin $7.92) $7.14. Rotterdam port charge used will be $0.30/b.
