SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Platts updates Dutch coal tax rate in CSPI

Effective December 16, Platts has updated the Dutch coal tax rate used in its Coal Switching Price Indicator calculations to reflect the 2015 coal tax rate, confirmed by the Dutch government at Eur14.40/mt. The European natural gas and electricity methodology and specifications guides have been updated accordingly.
