Platts updates JKM Rationale & Exclusions for Nov 3

Platts, part of S&P Global Commodity Insights, has corrected the LNG Asia JKM Rationale for Nov. 3 to reflect the correct price for QET's offer for the Dec. 6-8 delivery window.

The rationale appears in LNG Daily, as well as fixed pages LNG0814 and PGN1023.
