Effective Monday, March 1 Platts will start reflecting summer grade diesel 0.1 on a pro-rated basis in the diesel 0.1 FCA Privolzhsky Federal District assessment and in the diesel 0.1 FCA Central Federal District assessment, with summer grade being given an increasing weighting in the assessment until March 31.
Winter grade will continue to be taken into account until March 31 after which only summer grade will be reflected.
