New RIN yearly codes introduced

The following codes have been created in dispatch category FS.

They represent calendar year RIN (Renewable Identification Number) credits assessed on a daily basis.

A RIN is a number issued by the US Environmental Protection Agency, for the purpose of tracking renewable fuel usage throughout the supply chain.

The two calendar year RIN assessments would reflect the price per renewable fuel credit (RIN).These credits are measured in US cts and carry 2 decimal places.

These are daily numbers and will appear in Platts Oilgram Price Report, US Marketscan, the Refiner and PGA pg 597.

Launch date is scheduled for April 1, 2009.
