These are companies involved in genetic engineering; human-capability enhancement products like wearables and virtual reality; nanotechnology and robotics in the form of medical, surgical, nano-, and microbots; 3D printing technologies for medical purposes; and the remote delivery of healthcare services. They also include the more traditional companies classified in the GICS® sub-industries of Biotechnology, Health Care Services, Health Care Equipment, and Pharmaceuticals.
