Monika Arya
Associate Director, Fixed Income Indices
Monika Arya is Associate Director, Fixed Income Indices at S&P Dow Jones Indices (S&P DJI). Her focus is managing core and sustainability fixed income indices. In this role, she works closely with the Research & Development, Sales and Marketing teams to introduce new concepts to the market, driving the development and management of index products to ensure their strategic planning, implementation and long-term commercial success.
Before joining S&P DJI, Monika worked as a Product Strategist at BNY Mellon Investment Management, where she supported the development and positioning of investment products to meet evolving client and market needs. Prior to that, she gained extensive experience in managing fixed income indices at J.P. Morgan and FTSE Russell.
Monika graduated from IIT Kharagpur with an Integrated MSc in Applied Geology and holds a master’s degree in finance from London Business School.
