Co-operative BankPlc said July 15 that its board appointed John Worth as CFO and a director.

Pending regulatory approvals, the appointment will take effectfrom Sept. 1.

Worth, currently interim CFO at Hiscox Ltd., will replace John Baines, who will step downfrom the board Sept. 28 and leave the bank Oct. 1 as part of an orderly succession.

The bank also said that necessary regulatory approval has beenreceived for the appointmentof Liam Coleman as deputy CEO and that he became a director of the bank July 11.
