The board of Antero Midstream Partners GP LLC, the general partner of Antero Midstream Partners LP, set up a special committee of independent directors in conjunction with the formation of special committees at both Antero Resources Corp. and Antero Midstream GP LP.

Antero Resources is currently looking into potential measures related to its valuation, which may include transactions involving Antero Midstream Partners, according to a Form 8-K filed Feb. 26.

The committee of independent directors is being established to consider any such transactions and is currently in the process of hiring financial and legal advisors to assist in its evaluation of potential measures that could involve Antero Midstream Partners.
