A-Cap ResourcesLtd. on July 12 announced that it plans to conduct an underwritten rightsissue to raise approximately A$4 million.

Proceeds are earmarked mainly for a pre-feasibility study andrelated work for the Letlhakaneuranium project in Botswana.

The company is offering 113,636,364 new ordinary shares at 3.52cents each on the basis of 1 new ordinary share in the company for every 6.48 ordinaryshares held.

The offer is scheduled to close Aug. 25.
